Terms and Conditions
Merchandise Returns: Unused products should be in original undamaged packaging and in resell-able as new condition (with all manuals, CD’s, blank warranty cards, chargers, parts, etc). Returns will be credited or exchanged (excluding shipping charges) unless otherwise specified. Returns must be completed within 30 days of the purchase. For heath reasons, some items are not returnable including but not limited to earplugs, wetsuits, swimwear. Returns subject to 10% restocking fee.
Trips & Travel: All trips have a non-refundable deposit based on the overall trip cost. The deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a space. A second payment and a final payment will be due at scheduled intervals for all trips. See trip contract for complete details.
Cancellation Policy: The non refundable deposit will be forfeited at anytime of cancellation. 120—91 days prior to travel—you will forfeit 50% of trip cost, 90 days prior to travel– you will forfeit 100% of trip cost. If you find a replacement you will be responsible for all transfer fees and will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. You will receive the refund upon full payment from your replacement. Training & Classes: If you need to cancel, reschedule or transfer to another class for any reason less then 48 hours before the start of the class all fees will be forfeited. If you cancel, reschedule or transfer prior to the 48 hours there will be a $75.00 fee. Once a class has started all fees are forfeited.
