We are sad to see you go. As long as you meet the 3-month minimum requirement, you can cancel your membership by doing the following:
- Please email us at Contact@EpionAestheticsAndWellness.com and include your full name, membership plan and reason for cancellation in the message
- Once you email us letting us know you are cancelling your Membership Plan, we will remove you from the membership auto renew and your plan will deactivate the following month.
- *You can use your remaining credits that month until your account automatically closes at the end of your current billing period.
- Treatments do not roll over.
- Treatments cannot be transferred to another person
